Pilates for Cyclists

An express 45-minute Pilates session led by Adele Smyth, with 25 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry.
Pilates enables you to develop a strong but flexible body, capable of greater efficiency and technique on the bike. Adele’s classes are focussed on the cyclist and open to all levels. Click here for a full list of benefits.
