This week it is WOT Climbing Block 3 of 4:- We’re upping the intensity to 3X10 minutes at FTP with Scotch Bonnet. This will give you a great training boost but, more importantly, give you a feel for you’re “red-line” intensity that you don’t want to be punching over too much on long climbs.
