ITINERARY

Sign On takes place at Imber Court Sports Club, Ember Lane, Hampton Court, KT8 0BT. Accomodation is not included on the Wednesday night.

14:00 – 17:00: Sign on

15:45 – 16:30: Rider briefing, Gravel

16:45 – 17:30: Rider briefing, Road

Prepare for a sunrise start as we depart Hampton Court for the coast.

Both road and gravel routes cross The Channel today so it’s full steam ahead as we roll through quintessential English countryside to the sea.

Wake up to a continental hotel breakfast before you hit the road (or gravel) for your first day riding in France.

With no ferries to catch there’s less pressure on the timings today, but with a days riding already in your legs it’s still a tough day in the saddle.

The morning may feel long, but as the excitement builds there’s no more iconic finish line than the foot of the Eiffel Tower where you’ll celebrate with your new LONDON-PARIS buddies.

Road and gravel riders stay in the same 4* Parisian hotel and join forces for the Finishers Celebration.

Watch the Tour de France peloton race the iconic laps of the Champs-Elysees with the option of upgrading to VIP finish line hospitality and exclusive “money can’t buy” Tour de France experiences.

You’ll be in the heart of the action at the pro teams hotel so a game of spot the World Tour rider is always fun over breakfast the next morning.

A leisurely breakfast playing “spot the World Tour rider” before heading home. Entry includes a Eurostar and coach package returning from Gare du Nord to the start venue at Imber Court.

If you are not returning to the UK after the event we can transport your bike box to Paris for you instead if required.

gravel route

Esher > Newhaven

A fast and flat 122km/400m following the Downs Link to the coast. Hitting urban gravel almost from the off before punching south with the chalky and flinty trails whizzing beneath your tyres.

London-paris-gravel-stage-1-route

Dieppe > Vernon

The Queen Stage covering 140km/1350m of rolling French trails, dipping in and out of forests, through picture postcard villages and finishing along the banks of the Seine. It’s a long day, but with an early start and late cut off there’s time to look up and enjoy the views.

London-paris-gravel-stage-2-route

Vernon > Paris

A flat roll-out along the Seine to ease the legs off before a string of brutal climbs and adrenaline fuelled descents. After 57km/800m of the rough stuff, the route joins up with the road riders for a spine tingling final 50km processionary ride to the Eiffel Tower complete with traffic police escort, motorbike outriders and rolling closed roads.

Tour de France

As official partners of the Tour de France we can offer our riders VIP finish line hospitality and exclusive “money can’t buy” experiences.

In 2022 this included riding the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift course ahead of the peloton.

This was followed by access to Grandstand seating to soak up the atmosphere of the women’s and men’s race from the side of the track.

Details of 2023 packages will be announced later this year.

Hotels

Thursday and friday

3* and 4* hotels have been selected on the first and second nights. The entry price includes sharing a twin room and we ask pre-event if there’s someone you want to share with. The event is split across multiple hotels with dinner served in your hotel restaurant, or a short walk away. If you are riding as part of a group will always aim to room you together in the same hotel.

saturday and sunday

Once in Paris all riders stay in the same hotel for the final two nights and it’s 4* all the way! It’s also one of the official Tour de France team hotels so expect to see some cycling royalty over breakfast.
