Race the Cape Rouleur Prologue this Sunday … Virtually

We didn’t want to let a small thing like grounded long haul flights
We’ve uploaded the route to RGT as a Magic Road, allowing us to ride the actual Cape Rouleur Prologue together. Anyone with a smart turbo and an RGT account can take part in the ride. If you do not have an RGT account you can set one up for free and join us this Sunday at 08:30 GMT for a 45 minute social warm up around the Cape Town Waterfront, followed by a 7.2km lung busting effort!
We can’t arrange cold beer around the pool afterwards, however we can promise good chat, (virtual) sunshine, a raised heart rate and prizes on the day.

SETTING UP A FREE RGT ACCOUNT
If you are new to RGT you need to get a few things set up. Some clear instructions along with videos are on the RGT site. Some important things to know are:
- You will need a smart trainer
- RGT takes up a fair bit of memory so you will need a decent laptop or tablet
- Everything is controlled via a companion app on your phone
- Make sure you close everything down on your laptop or tablet before you open RGT
- The Hotchillee Discord Channel is a must to join the chat (we recommend you download on your lap top not on your phone)
- Use wired headphones rather than bluetooth
