The right size of gloves can be easily determined based on the palm circumference. If in doubt we encourage you to contact us via the Hotchillee App or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you order the wrong size, then we will only swap for a different size if we have it in stock. You are responsible for ensuring the correct size is ordered.
Standard postage is tracked 2nd class Royal Mail which usually takes between 3 to 4 days for the UK.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Glen is usually behind the scenes making sure that the Hotchillee Ride Captains and event participants have fully functioning bicycles to ride but he occasionally makes an appearance in front of the camera to share his wisdom.
