Cap size
The right size of the cap can be determined based on the head circumference. If the value falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

If you order the wrong size, then we will only swap for a different size if we have it in stock. You are responsible for ensuring the correct size is ordered.
If an item is in stock it will be sent via Royal Mail tracked, which usually takes up to 5 working days for the UK.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note, delivery to non-UK addresses may be subject to sales tax, customs duty and/or local delivery cost by the delivery country. This is unfortunately beyond our control and is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange payment accordingly.
