Starting in November HotChillee members can join new weekly yoga classes as part of the free winter training plan designed by our in-house experts.
Classes will be run by the fabulous Adele Smyth and will sit alongside her existing weekly HotChillee pilates sessions. As a keen cyclist Adele incorporates many elements of both pilates and yoga into her training and, as a Level 4 Advanced Sport Massage Therapist, she has worked with many elite athletes ranging from cyclists and rugby players to professional dancers.
Virtual yoga classes will be 45 mins and take place at 07:45 each Monday morning, with recordings uploaded for those who prefer to follow another time.
