THE BEST POSSIBLE OFF-ROAD ROUTE TO PARIS
Following the success of the inaugural 2022 Gravel edition of LONDON-PARIS, we were keen to go one better. So we called our friend and local expert, Sofiane Sehili, to plot the best possible off-road route right to the centre of Paris.
Sofiane’s spectacular new route crosses open meadows, meanders down single track, cruises along historic towpaths and rolls over leafy woodland before suddenly opening up to a view of the Eiffel tower, with the final 10 km along a protected cycle lane all the way to the finish line.
SOFIANE SEHILI – FRENCH GRAVEL EXPERT
Sofiane Sehili is an ultra-endurance cyclist and adventurer, with a track record that includes victories at Tour Divide, French Divide, Silk Road Mountain Race (twice) and many more prestigious adventure races. A native Parisienne, nobody is better-placed to plot the route from Dieppe to the Eiffel tower.
“A friend of mine rode the event last year and raved about it. It got me intrigued by what these guys are doing and I wanted to offer some local knowledge.
I can’t wait for Hotchillee’s Gravel Riders to enjoy the route I have designed for them.
I put as much gravel as possible in there and got super close to the Eiffel tower off road. It’s a really beautiful and fun course, and the coolest way possible to arrive into Paris.”

WATCH THE TOUR DE FRANCE FINISH IN PARIS
LONDON-PARIS Gravel is a highly supported three-day adventure, taking an almost entirely off-road route from Hampton Court to the Eiffel Tower. Riders will enjoy guidance and support from the Hotchillee Ride Captains, 3* and 4* hotel accommodation, and an easy return journey by Eurostar.
Participants arrive in Paris to watch the professional men’s race thunder down the Champs-Élysées the following day. And, since this is an official Tour de France event, there’s the option to upgrade to exclusive “once in a lifetime” experiences like riding the Champs-Élysées and crossing the finish line ahead of the pros.
There’s limited spaces available for anyone wanting to join the party in 2023.
