Sven Thiele
Sven (fast becoming known as Gravel Thiele) has been at the helm since Hotchillee launched in 2004. If you’ve taken part in a Hotchillee event before, you will know the most important thing about riding with Sven…don’t join him in the bar the night before. Born in South Africa and married to a Scot, Sven has an unparalleled love of red wine, a pretty extensive knowledge of whisky and a mild obsession with gravel riding.
