We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Goods must be returned within the 30 days otherwise unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: HotChillee, 2a High St, Esher KT10 9RT.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If this does not appear please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com and send your item to HotChillee, 2a High St, Esher KT10 9RT.
