Riders will be timed at an ITT Prologue on day 1 and seeded into one of three speed groups for the remainder of the event. Each speed group will be supported by the HotChillee Ride Captains and followed by a support vehicle stocked with light mechanical support, water and nutrition. Mechanics and medics will also be roaming the route all in radio contact with the HotChillee Ride Captains who will be on hand to assist with any support, moral boosting, or a little push here and there. Carefully selected lunches will be arranged each day so all you have to focus on is peddling.
At the end of the day you can hand your bike to our mechanics (if there are any issues), otherwise head straight to our professional sports therapists based in the event hotels before sampling the excellent wines and regional cuisine. You will spend the first two nights in the town of Bolzano before riding to the picturesque town of Bormeo at the foot of the iconic Passo del Stelvio where your bags (and your bike box) will have been transferred for you. What could be easier!
