As we enter Lockdown 2.0 in the UK, and with most of Europe under increased restrictions, we’ve got a packed calendar of activities to get through the coming weeks including group workouts as part of our Winter Training Plan, new weekly yoga classes, Q&As, whisky tasting, Pilates sessions and more!
But while club activities are all part of the enjoyment, the most important thing for us is that the entire HotChillee community have a place to get together (virtually for now of course) and can support each other, while having a lot of fun in the process!

WINTER TRAINING PLAN
Take part in a training plan that’s suitable for all levels, flexible, realistic and effective. Designed by our in-house experts it’ll lay the foundations for your fitness going forward into 2021 but won’t burn you out. Midweek workouts will be indoor focussed and lead by the HotChillee Ride Captains, however weekend workouts can be outdoors if you wish.

NEW WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
Virtual yoga classes will be 45 mins and take place at 07:45 GMT each Monday morning, with recordings uploaded for those who prefer to follow another time. Perfect for anyone following the winter training plan, or simply wanting to start the week on a high!

If you don’t fancy committing to a training plan then don’t worry, we’ve still got plenty of rides both on Zwift and RGT to suit a variety of needs and set ups!
If you’re looking for a hard workout, why not try the Gain Train chain gang on a Thursday? Fancy something more sociable? Paul’s Saturday morning RGT spin might be more up your street.
Off the bike, whether it’s this Friday’s whisky tasting with special guests, next Tuesday’s Q&A with Intervals ICU founder David Tinker, daily virtual rides, dedicated support from the HotChillee Ride Captains or top tips from some of the industry’s best mechanics, coaches and nutritionists at your fingertips there really is something for everyone, every day of the week.
