As we enter Lockdown 2.0 in the UK, and with most of Europe under increased restrictions, we’ve got a packed calendar of activities to get through the coming weeks including group workouts as part of our Winter Training Plan, new weekly yoga classes, Q&As, whisky tasting, Pilates sessions and more!

But while club activities are all part of the enjoyment, the most important thing for us is that the entire HotChillee community have a place to get together (virtually for now of course) and can support each other, while having a lot of fun in the process!

Sign up now to become a HotChillee member and your first 30 days will be free. Membership then costs £8 a month and can be cancelled at any time. Click here for full member benefits.

“We are quite remote HotChillee members, so in ‘normal’ times we struggle to get to events. Lockdown put us all in the same boat, and there were no barriers to online meets! Whether it was Zoom cycling with Ride Captain Michelle, whisky tasting and craic with Boss Sven, or chilling out (!) with Adele’s Pilates classes, we felt fully part of the HotChillee family! They’re the greatest bunch of cyclists, and we’re proud to be a part of it!”

– Mel & Helen, Gloucestershire, UK

Take part in a training plan that’s suitable for all levels, flexible, realistic and effective. Designed by our in-house experts it’ll lay the foundations for your fitness going forward into 2021 but won’t burn you out. Midweek workouts will be indoor focussed and lead by the HotChillee Ride Captains, however weekend workouts can be outdoors if you wish.

“The HotChillee Community platform has, in a few short months, evolved from simply being a social chatroom among club members to becoming the must-have app for cycling (and overall healthy lifestyle) information, motivation, wellbeing, and camaraderie. The platform has allowed me to stay engaged with my cycling family even though I’m now an ocean away. What a great way to stay connected while we’re all apart!”

– Josh Elboim, Massachusetts, USA

Virtual yoga classes will be 45 mins and take place at 07:45 GMT each Monday morning, with recordings uploaded for those who prefer to follow another time. Perfect for anyone following the winter training plan, or simply wanting to start the week on a high!

“HotChillee have embraced the Covid era with the same spirit as they rise to every challenge. They’ve developed an amazing virtual world, internationally connecting cycling & social. Cool & collaborative – what HotChillee have created is truly legendary”

If you don’t fancy committing to a training plan then don’t worry, we’ve still got plenty of rides both on Zwift and RGT to suit a variety of needs and set ups!

If you’re looking for a hard workout, why not try the Gain Train chain gang on a Thursday? Fancy something more sociable? Paul’s Saturday morning RGT spin might be more up your street.

Off the bike, whether it’s this Friday’s whisky tasting with special guests, next Tuesday’s Q&A with Intervals ICU founder David Tinker, daily virtual rides, dedicated support from the HotChillee Ride Captains or top tips from some of the industry’s best mechanics, coaches and nutritionists at your fingertips there really is something for everyone, every day of the week.

“As a relative newbie to cycling and HotChillee I have been overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the community. I, along with so many others, didn’t see COVID-19 coming and have been so surprised at the speed with which the HotChillee community have embraced and provided for these unusual lockdown conditions. Their community hub provides nearly everything that we need to stay in touch, socialise and stay fit and healthy. I’m sure we are all looking forward to riding together for real as soon as it is safe again.”

– Paul Sinton-Hewitt, Surrey UK
