Despite everyone being on the limit work wise in the run up to Xmas we should not forget to share a final tasting and fireside chat amongst the Chillee family before we are all swamped with socks, underwear, jenga, Queens speech and romcom movies.
We will be tasting the Glenlivet 12 year old, previously we tasted the Founders Reserve, and I feel following the brilliant Cotswolds Single Malt this will be a great taste and compare session. Current available on Amazon at £25.
Out special guest is none other than Annette Edmondson, the awesome Aussie, track and road cyclist who has just retired!
Our normal format of the formal tasting from 18:00 – 18:30 followed by the ‘fireside chat. Â
For the newcomers, you don’t need any whisky knowledge but just a passion to learn a little more. We know of a few people who join for the craic – and drink beer, we of course tolerate this in the spirit of slowly converting them!Â

Glen is usually behind the scenes making sure that the Hotchillee Ride Captains and event participants have fully functioning bicycles to ride but he occasionally makes an appearance in front of the camera to share his wisdom.
