We’re sorry to have to cancel tomorrow’s ride, but we don’t think it’s safe to swim around the Surrey hills.

The Hotchillee team will still meet at the Queen’s Stage from midday for lunch and a few end of season drinks.

Join us for the last Surrey monthly ride of 2022 at our End of Season Ride and Lunch.

This is the last event for the year, just before the clocks turn back so let’s make the most it. 

We will have 3 road and 1 gravel group with a Ride Captain at the front and back and a no drop policy so no one is left behind.

Start/finish venue: The Queen Stage, The Street, Effingham, Surrey KT24 5LU  / What3words address: owner.glove.focus

Parking: Effingham Common Road (prior to Orestan Lane & the Efffingham roundabouts) which is within a couple of hundred yards of the venue, there is also street parking around the pub and also the station car park at Effingham Junction (cost c.£3.50).

Meet: 08:30 

Roll: 09:00 (NOTE LATER START)

Expected finish: 11:30 – 12:00

Road:

Group 1: 28-30 km/ph (+/- 75km)

Group 2: 25-27 km/ph (+/- 75km)

Group 3: 22-24 km/ph (+/- 60km)

Gravel:

+/- 35km

GPX files will be emailed to registered riders a few days before the ride.

All riders must adhere to the British Cycling Covid-19 Guidance and Behaviour Code – but our most important rule … Greet your fellow rider before they greet you.

This ride is free and open to all. To secure your place you must RSVP below. No RSVP no ride. 

 

If you are not a member of Hotchillee you will need to set up a free membership before you can register
