A weekly 45-minute Yoga Flow class led by Adele Smyth. The class is focussed on the cyclist, however if you have no experience that is absolutely fine as the class will be tailored to everyone’s needs. A great way to start your week and to help you feel energised for the day ahead.

Club ride out on Giel Basson Road left onto Bosmansdam Road right onto Koeberg Rd, then onto cycle lane to Big Bay with 3 laps of the Big Bay Crit and back the same way. 50-55km, 200m. Average speed ~27-30km/h.

The Hotchillee Gain Train Hare and Hounds is now a Private Zwift Event rather than a Meet-up. The paced Hare and Hounds format you’re familiar with remains the same but functionality, including ease of joining the ride, will be much improved. With 3 classes to choice from this week we head to Watopia - Ocean Lave Cliffside (2 laps)
