An express 45-minute Pilates session led by Adele Smyth. The class is focussed on the cyclist, however if you have no experience that is absolutely fine as the class will be tailored to everyone’s needs.
The Monday Hotchillee Recovery Ride with a Twist - well it's not a recovery ride!!! It's a set of short laps (2.7km) in Cape Town Waterfront with an optional sprint at the end of each lap. Followed by a regroup and then recovery ride at 1.75 - 2 w/kg to the optional sprint!

Join Hotchillee Ride Captains Gareth Wilson and Wayde Finch for early morning Richmond Park laps, finishing with a coffee at La Ciclista in Sheen. Distance approx. 30km at average speed 27kph.
The Gain Train is now a Thursday evening Hotchillee institution and a brilliant and social way to get a top quality high intensity workout in. The original Hare and Hounds format with three Classes set off at 5-minute intervals format covering 35-40km on a variety of routes.
Adele has worked within the health and fitness industry for over 25 years starting with a ballet and dance background herself, she has progressed to training and teaching all styles of fitness and offers Pilates, barre & yoga. As a keen runner, Adele appreciates the need for a strong healthy body and mind and incorporates many elements of Pilates, yoga and barre into her own training to ensure her strength and stamina remain.
Glen is usually behind the scenes making sure that the Hotchillee Ride Captains and event participants have fully functioning bicycles to ride but he occasionally makes an appearance in front of the camera to share his wisdom.
