This week it is Hot and spicy lapping our Fiery Friend. More fast and flat action as we head to Watopia for three laps of the Volcano Flat Circuit (37.5km/150m). Don't forget the tweaked start times, Buffet still heading off at 1830 but Second and First get a bit more warm-up time.

Join us for September's Evening Gravel Ride with Sigma Sports. 3 ability groups from expert to beginner and beer and food at G!RO Cafe available after. The routes will be approx 36km (240m) for Groups 1 & 2 and 26km (130m) for Group 3.
Big in Japan - for the first time, the Gain Train morphs into the Shinkansen as it heads to Yumezi. We'll be riding the flat Two Village Loop but some gravel sectors should make things interesting. Don't worry about which bike to select as everyone will be auto-assigned a gravel bike. We'll be covering three laps for 38.7km/265m.
Join us for the precursor to our winter tasting season for this very special edition with our friends at Southborough District Wheelers. First 30 mins is focused on the whisky tasting and then feel free to stay for some informal fireside chat. Join Hotchillee Ride Captains Gareth Wilson and Wayde Finch for early morning Richmond Park laps, finishing with a coffee at La Ciclista in Sheen. The ride is limited to 15 riders. Distance: 30km (3 laps). Average speed: 27 kph.

Glen is usually behind the scenes making sure that the Hotchillee Ride Captains and event participants have fully functioning bicycles to ride but he occasionally makes an appearance in front of the camera to share his wisdom. If he’s not fixing or building bikes he’ll be out riding in #SweetSussex. If you want to know anything about Cyclocross, Glen is the man to ask.
