Today's Ride with a Twist is gonna be 38.8km of Stage 10 of this years Tour de France, with only 329m of climbing. And a change in format ... we will warm up to the half way yellow banner at 1.75-2w/kg and then the gloves are off to try to podium to the finish! Winner will have bragging rights and receive a new Hotchillee cap! All welcome.

This week we are heading to Richmond for a short but spicy session on the Libby Hill After Party. Just 32.9km/118m, it's five laps of the Fan Flats circuit before finishing off punching up the 600m Libby Hill... enjoy the sting!

After last week's route, sanity has returned as we head to the spiritual home of the Gain Train for two fast and very flat laps of Tempus Fugit. At 37km with 32m of climbing, all riders and groups should be comfortably under the hour and groups will stay tightly blobbed.

The Hotchillee Ride with a Twist is back in London for the super fast and flat Buckingham Palace loop. A total of six laps (4.9km per lap). Ride the first three laps at 2w/kg to warm up and then for the final three laps the gloves are off for the race to the line!
Join us for July's Evening Gravel Ride with Sigma Sports. 3 ability groups from expert to beginner and beer at the Big Smoke Brewery available after. The routes will be approx 38km (270m) for Groups 1 & 2 and 27km (180m) for Group 3.

Prepare to be amazed as you cruise across London along the iconic Thames and bypass city traffic on tranquil canal towpaths. Weave through the historic green network which used to be the artery of the Capital and as the London skyline becomes a spec in the distance you’ll start to take in woodland paths, quiet country lanes, open fields and bridal paths.

Glen is usually behind the scenes making sure that the Hotchillee Ride Captains and event participants have fully functioning bicycles to ride but he occasionally makes an appearance in front of the camera to share his wisdom.
