The Gain Train is now a Thursday evening Hotchillee institution and a brilliant and social way to get a top quality high intensity workout in. The original Hare and Hounds format with three Classes set off at 5-minute intervals format covering 35km on a variety of routes. The typical Class Paces are:
First Class: 3.5 - 4 w/kg
Second Class: 2.5 - 3 w/kg
Buffet Class: <2.4 w/kg
Join Hotchillee’s Jane Fairley and Hotchillee Chapter Captain Paul Axel Foley for a 45-60 minute social ride. If you are new to virtual cycling and/or RGT this will be a social pace where you can get familiar with the dos and don’ts. We will stick together throughout. And even if you are use to virtual riding and just want a social ride then everyone is welcome!
A weekly 45-minute Yoga Flow class led by Adele Smyth. The class is focussed on the cyclist, however if you have no experience that is absolutely fine as the class will be tailored to everyone’s needs. A great way to start your week and to help you feel energised for the day ahead.
The Monday Hotchillee Recovery is now renamed Ride with a Twist! Fixed power outputs until the final lap where the gloves are off. Three groups, 1.75, 2.25, 3.0 w/kg. Social and open to all, with voice and beats on Discord. Come and join the Hotchillee gang on the super smooth and fast, flat London Buckingham Palace Route.
