Our spectacular and professional endurance cycling holidays take place across Europe and Africa and push the boundaries of cycling tours; from launching the world’s first ever 7-day gravel adventure race in South Africa, through to exploring some of the world’s most remotest trails in the heart of the Atlas Mountains, we welcome a range of cyclists from race snakes to gravel grinders to newbies to the sport – there’s something for everyone …
Whether you love to RACE | RIDE | CONQUER or just explore there is an adventure for you to share with fellow Chillees. We also run a Cycling Club that meets regularly at more and more locations around the world, with rides hosted totally free and a great introduction to the HotChillee experience.

Since inception it has been important to HotChillee that we give back, especially to the communities we ride through in the Western Cape. Our focus has assisted with the funding of schools and AIDS clinics, ensured we use local suppliers and hire local crew, and lead to our support of local cycling organisations as part of our HotChillee Development Rider Programme since 2012.
As part of our programme each year about 140 youth riders join the Cape Rouleur Prologue and the Rainmaker RollerCoaster, with the best riders invited to Europe to partake in our flagship LONDON-PARIS event. Out of the early Academy Program a young rider, Nic Dlamini, with close to no future has been nurtured into a World Tour Pro Team, Team Dimension Data and is now a beacon of hope to the young riders at grass roots level. The programme is currently supported by the Western Cape Government, Wahoo, Zwift and Velokhaya and has expanded in 2018 to include bike mechanics training courses by Velotech as well after school mentoring and a digital academy with our key partner, the Buffalo Foundation. We were proud to hire the first graduates from the Velotech mechanics course on the Cape Rouleur 2018.
This year we have also teamed up with Qhubeka to provide bikes so that rural communities can travel to schools and hospitals or for commerce, creating a modal shift in mobility and socio economic upliftment. This year together with the Buffalo Foundation we will raise 500 bikes for the Kwanokuthula community which will be handed over at HotChillee’s Rainmaker RollerCoaster gravel race in October 2019. We plan to distribute over 3000 bikes over the next three years.
