We’re excited to launch our brand new mindfulness course with Penny Metcalf, designed to help give you the tools to manage stress and increase your focus and efficiency both on and off the bike. The 6 week course will be free for Hotchillee members and available through the Hotchillee App, plus we’re inviting non-members to join us for an introductory session.

This session will include strategies to help your brain function better and feel better and a short meditation.
